- Tomaremos pedazos de 70 gr en mi caso ocupe ese gramaje, pero los pueden hacer más pequeños, Con la ayuda de un rodillo estiraremos la masa del centro hacia adelante y atrás



- Ya que este estirada y de un grosor bueno, tomaremos los extremos de los lados y lo meteremos hacia dentro, daremos vuelta y meteremos las puntas hacia dentro quedando la forma de un baguette.
(Con un cuchillo filoso le cortaremos encima)


- Dejaremos que doblen nuevamente el tamaño


- Después que hallan reposado por segunda vez, los barnizaremos con huevo batido y agregaremos un poco de ajonjolí


- Precalentamos el horno a 200º C y los llevamos a hornear por 25 minutos y listo ya tendrás uno hermosos baguette
