  18. 1 cebolla cambray

Instructions to make to make Chow Mein

  1. Se corta el puerco en filetitos peque帽os y se pone a marinar con un chorrito de vinagre de arroz y salsa de soya, las cantidades son al gusto dado que no utilic茅 sal y el sabor salado lo aport贸 la salsa de soya, en este momento podemos poner a hervir el agua para preparar nuestros fideos
  2. Lavamos y desinfectamos bien los vegetales, los cortamos y reservamos
  3. Salteamos el puerco a fuego alto junto con el ajo y el jengibre picado en un wok con un chorrito de aceite de ajonjol铆 y un chorrito de aceite de cacahuate, reservamos
  4. Salteamos los vegetales en 2 partes, primero los que son m谩s duros y tardan m谩s en cocinarse a fuego alto y agregamos un chorrito de salsa de soya, reservamos
  5. En este punto y ya con el agua hirviendo agregamos al agua un chorrito de vinagre de arroz y salsa de soya, as铆 como los aceites igual agregamos un chorrito, retiramos del fuego y agregamos los fideos, los dejamos cocinar por 3 minutos, pasado este tiempo drenamos el l铆quido, reservando media taza del agua de esta cocci贸n
  6. Salteamos los fideos a fuego alto por espacio de 3 minutos, pasado este tiempo agregamos salsa de soya al gusto, 5 cucharadas de salsa de osti贸n, el sobre de salsa para salteado y el agua de la cocci贸n de los fideos que reservamos cocinamos por 2 minutos m谩s
  7. Agregamos los vegetales y el puerco, revolvemos, dejamos calentar por 2 minutos y a disfrutar!
