- Cuando dejamos todo incorporado, nos queda una masita húmeda y pegajosa, pero que se puede moldear en la asadera y dar forma de galleta. Las galletas van en placa poquito aceitada a horno precalentado medio hasta dorar levemente de ambos lados 😊😋
- Una vez prontas, las dejé enfriar dentro del horno ¡Y listo! Quedan crocantes por fuera y húmedas por dentro. Súper ricas y livianas, ideales para acompañar con un buen matecito 🥰🍪🧉
- NOTA: Pueden usar azúcar mascabo, rubia o edulcorante (le pondría unos 10 bastoncitos o menos). Yo usé azúcar común porque es lo que tengo acá 🤷🏻♀️ ¡Espero que les guste! Besitos 💚
