Pasados los 5 minutos echamos nuestra cebolla cortada en rodajas (círculos)y las agregamos y tapamos,bajamos el fuego a lento para que la cebolla se cueza lentamente (estar pendientes para que no nos quede muy blandita la cebolla)(la cantidad de la cebolla depende de nuestro gusto... yo echo una cebolla pequeña entera pero cortada en rodajas jeje)
